The 1.0" spacer is the right choice when you want a modest stance improvement with the absolute minimum impact on suspension components — or when your wheel setup requires the shorter spacer due to lug clearance constraints. The 1.5" spacer delivers a more noticeable stance improvement and is the more popular choice for riders who want maximum benefit within the safe 1–2" range. If your wheels have a recessed lug area with at least 0.25" of clearance, the 1.0" spacer will work. Always install in pairs on the same axle, torque to manufacturer specs, and re-torque after the first ride.
