How to Use the Black Ops Machine RZR Belt Change Tool
1. Determine which side to use: skinny side for 2011+ XP 900 and 2014–2015 XP 1000; wide side for 2016+ XP 1000.
2. Insert the appropriate side into the secondary clutch release assembly.
3. Place the bolt into the tool and tighten with a 1/2" socket — the clutch will compress and lock open.
4. Swap the belt with both hands free.
5. Loosen the bolt and remove the tool. Done.
