What You Need for a Complete Aftermarket Steering Wheel Install

Upgrading to a performance or racing steering wheel on your Can-Am or Polaris requires more than just the wheel itself. A complete install needs: the aftermarket steering wheel, a billet hub retainer (this part), a center cap to keep contamination out of the hub, and optionally a quick release if you want tool-free wheel removal. Using your OEM retainer with a new aftermarket wheel is not recommended — OEM retainers are often worn to the point of marginal fitment and weren't designed for the bolt pattern of aftermarket wheels.
